I would like an invoice.

To receive an invoice for your purchase, please send an email to sales@quax.eu with your billing info and the products you wish to order, before placing the order. After the purchase has been completed, we can no longer provide an invoice.

Is the colour of the product on my screen the same as in reality?

Colours on the screen may differ from reality; no screen is the same. We try to display all colors as closely to reality as possible using the pictures. However, we inform you that for all items the colours and structures on the screen may appear on the screen differently from how they will be delivered.

I made a mistake when placing my order, can I still change it?

Orders are not processed until we have received the payment. Until then, changes can be made free of charge. Any extra or additional costs arising from your modifying your order will be charged to you.

How do I pay?

Quax.eu offers many trusted payment solutions through a secure environment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Mister Cash, Giropay, and SOFORTBanking as well as iDEAL. If you go from your shopping cart to the payment options, you can simply follow the steps.

How do I know if you have received my order?

You will receive an email from us in which the order is confirmed.

Are all prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices shown include 21% VAT (except for possible publication errors ).

Are there any additional shipping or handling fees?

There are no handling fees, at the checkout the shipping costs are calculated for your particular order and destination.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

We do hope that all our customers are always 100% satisfied. If nevertheless, you have complaints concerning our services, please do not hesitate to contact us at “Quax Complaints Webshop, Karel Picquélaan 84, B-9800 Deinze”. We will do our utmost to deal with your complaint within 14 days.

All contracts we conclude with our customers are, regardless of their place of residence, exclusively governed by Belgian law. Only the courts of Belgium are competent to adjudicate disputes arising out of or connected to these contracts. If as a result of international law the law of a different country applies, the interpretation of the current terms and conditions will in the first instance be done per Book VI of the Belgian Commerical Code.
