As an Internal Sales & After Sales Assistant (full-time or 4/5), you are responsible for processing Quax orders and after-sales service. In many cases, you are the first point of contact for the customer at Quax. Through your targeted responses, you help build a close relationship with the customer and support the account managers in the internal sales team in their daily operations.

Profile

• You have strong organizational skills and can quickly adapt to a commercial environment.
• You also handle administrative tasks smoothly. Some affinity with the retail sector is necessary.
• Accurate service: our customers rely on you for careful handling of their inquiries, orders, and after-sales requests. This is done mainly by phone and email.
• Commercial attitude: thanks to your empathy, you perfectly assess what our customers need. You think proactively about solutions and services for the customer.
• Language skills: you communicate well in Dutch, French, and English.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, stress-resistant.
