The Kyo Junior Kit is designed to make your child’s bed a lifelong companion. Unique in its design, even the compact 120 × 70 cm bed — perfect as a cosy cocoon from birth — is compatible with the Junior Kit, allowing it to transform into a 170 × 70 cm junior bed. With the included slatted base extension and small night table, the bed grows step by step with your child, supporting comfort and independence from the first nights through to around 10 years old.
The Junior Kit ensures that every stage feels natural and seamless, preserving the bed as a familiar and cherished part of the room while adapting to the changing needs of your child.

At Quax, we are committed to sustainability and safety in all our products, because we believe your child’s health and well-being are our highest priority. Our furniture panels comply with the strict E1 standard for formaldehyde emissions, and we support responsible forest management by requiring FSC certification from our suppliers. We only work with trusted partners for hardware and finishes, who can provide the necessary certifications such as EN 71-3 for the migration of harmful substances.
Our baby beds are designed with your little one’s safety in mind. Rounded corners and safe spacing between the bars ensure a secure and comfortable sleeping environment. All our products are thoroughly tested to meet international safety standards, such as EN 716 for cots and EN 12221 for changing tables and chests. This way, you can enjoy precious moments with your child with complete peace of mind, knowing that their safety always comes first.

To maintain the furniture’s quality, clean it only with warm water and a mild cleaning agent free of harmful substances. This keeps the surfaces safe, smooth, and beautiful for many years to come.
The Kyo collection includes two convertible beds in 120 x 70 and 140 x 70. Both can be transformed into a spacious junior bed of 170 x 70 with the Junior Kit, allowing use up to around 10 years of age. The Junior Kit includes an extension for the bed base and a matching bedside table, bringing functionality and design together. The 140 x 70 bed also offers an intermediate stage as an open toddler bed, without the need for extra parts. To make the transition from cot to child’s bed gentler, optional safety guards are available and can be easily slid under the mattress.
In addition to the beds, the collection features two sizes of chests: a standard version and an XL model. Both are compatible with the XL Extension, which transforms them into a spacious and practical changing table, seamlessly matching the serene style of the collection. The XL chest goes even further, with the option to add an upper module that turns it into an open bookshelf – perfect for books and decorative items.
To complete the room, a wardrobe is available in both two-door and three-door versions.
