Not satisfied with your product after all? Or is it broken? That is not what we want. And we are going to do something about it, we promise.

Can I still return my order?

  • 14 days cooling-off period after receipt of your product.
  • Exchange a product? After receipt, we will send you the new product on the very same day.
  • Refund? Within 3 days after receipt your payment will be refunded.
  • Is your product broken after 14 days? All our products come with at least a 2-year warranty. We are glad to help you with the repair.
