In order to be able to order spare parts, Quax requires specific information.
That information is important in case of a question or a problem, so that if necessary we can help you quickly and efficiently.
Only after receipt of the Claim Notification Form from the Warranty Charter, possibly together with pictures illustrating the problem, can requests for spare parts be dealt with.
The completed document together with the pictures can be forwarded by e-mail to email@example.com (attention please : max. 6 MB per e-mail).
